The Office of Disability Services are
currently looking for volunteers to assist students with temporary
disabilities (i.e. broken arms, broken legs, temporary wheelchair
needs, etc.). Volunteers are asked to assist students with temporary
disabilities get to and from class and other campus offices on a
limited basis. If you are interested in serving as a volunteer,

Help the Hispanic Immigrants in Milan, MO learn English! The Center for New Community in Milan and the Milan Catholic Church are sponsoring these classes. They provide all the books/teaching materials and recruit people to come. However, they need students to help teach and work with the individuals. They would like at least 2 volunteers each night (1 for beginner and 1 for intermediate/advanced speakers). As soon as we get a group together, we can coordinate rides and alternate times.
