SERVE Email List: Join the weekly email list to receive updates on current and upcoming volunteer opportunities. The list contains up to three events each week that still need volunteers. Click here to sign up!

SERVE Website: The SERVE Center has information on the Big Event, the Big Week of Giving, Service-Learning Advantage and more. You can also log-in to create a profile, browse service activities and our list of community agencies, sign-up for service projects, and track your service hours.

Meet with a Staff Member: Contact us at serve@truman.edu to set up a meeting with a SERVE Staff Member, who can help you learn more about our website, answer your questions about service and the Kirksville community, help you find the right fit for a volunteer opportunity, or even help you and/or your organization plan, organize, and implement your own service project. View the Fall 13 Schedule. Stop by for a visit!

Attend a Volunteer Fair: Want to meet community agencies in person? The SERVE Center and Career Center now hosts a Volunteer Fair every fall.

Get Involved: Want to do service with friends? The CSI has a list of student organizations primarily focused on service. However, most student organizations incorporate service in some fashion or another. If you join an organization, ask about their volunteer opportunities and how you can get involved. Don’t want to join an organization? Serve with your residence hall, religious organization, during a Truman-wide event, or on your own. Check out our online volunteer site to find volunteer opportunities.
